Casey Grogan: What has your experience been like with the Knights thus far?
Billy Clontz:"Great program, great people and even better baseball."
CG: What is the most memorable ballpark that you have played in? Why?
BC: "In Bartlesville, Okla., at the American Legion World Series in 2004."
CG: What is your favorite professional sports team? And who is your favorite professional athlete?
BC: "The Atlanta Braves. My favorite athlete, I'm a Jacoby Ellsbury guy."
CG: What is your favorite thing about Monmouth?
BC: "I'm 20-minutes away from Corvallis."
CG: What has been the most memorable moment of your baseball career?
BC: "Our run to the Legion World Series and that is right up there with last year's [WCL] championship team."
CG: Who is your greatest influence in baseball?
BC: "Dick McClain, he was my American Legion baseball coach. He's an Oregon Hall of Famer and is just a legend. I learned a lot from him in my youth."
