Knights drop finale at Kelowna, 5-4.
June 23, 2016Corvallis first baseman Michael Farris of UC Riverside went 2-for-4 with a RBI in the Knights loss.
Farris collected two hits as did future Cal Poly Mustang Scott Ogrin.
With the loss, the Knights dropped to 11-7 in league, and stayed tied for first place in the South with Yakima Valley.
Corvallis went 4-2 vs. Kelowna on the 2016 season, winning both their home and road series with the Falcons.
The Knights return home Friday, and get back at it Saturday in a non-league contest vs. the Hayesville Hammers. Gates open at 6 pm. First pitch is at 6:40 pm. First 750 fans get Andrew Susac Bobbleheads.
