The lefty from Perth, Australia pitched out of trouble in the eighth and closed the game in the ninth to register the clutch save.
With the win, Corvallis improved to 23-4 overall and 17-4 in league.
The Knights have now won 20 of its last 21 games.
Starter Dustin Emmons of UC Riverside pitched six strong innings allowing 8 hits and two runs to earn his fourth win against no defeats.
Reliever Eric Young of Riverside CC tossed one inning of scoreless baseball to hold the lead and was replaced by Baron with runners at second and third with two outs in the 8th.
The offense was led by designated hitter DJ Johnson of Mt. Hood CC who delivered a two-run double in the second-inning and went 2-for-4 on the night.
