Knights win exhibition game versus Richey's Market 7-2 at Goss Stadium before a Father's Day crowd of 735.

Bo Altobelli (pictured) of Texas Tech went 3-for-3 with a RBI to lead the Knights to victory.

"That first (pitcher) was not as fast as the last guy we faced and I was just trying to stay inside and not pull off. I somehow found three holes three times," said Altobelli.

"These last three wins were non-league and we just need to get going in league play. We had a rough start so far and we need to get going on this road trip and keep it going the rest of the season."

Six pitchers held Richey's to 4 hits and two runs over 7 innings.

Alex St. Pierre of Lewis & Clark College picked the win in relief.

Eric Young of Riverside CC tossed two scoreless innings and Corvallis native Aaron Corwin, a sophomore-to-be at Texas Tech, finished the game for the Knights throwing a scoreless final frame while striking out one.

After Richey's scored two runs in the first off Knights' starting pitcher Nathan Eisenhauer of PLU, second baseman Jake Rodriguez tripled and scored on a two-out wild pitch in the bottom of the first.

Infielder Matt Duffy of Long Beach State went 2-for-4 with a double, two RBI and a stolen base.

Outfielder Jordan Poyer of OSU went 1-for-1 extending his hitting streak to three games with a single in the fifh inning.

With the Knights' four straight win, Corvallis improves to 7-6 overall.

Corvallis heads to Moses Lake on Tuesday to open a three-game WCL series with the Pirates.
