Knights blank Falcons 3-0, win series. Orozco, Smith, Leary and Baron toss combined shutout.

Eddie Orozco of UC Riverside made his first start of the season for the Knights and pitched 3 2/3 innings of no-hit baseball.
Orozco walked five, but allowed no runs in his longest stint of the summer.
Reliever Trevor Smith of Linn-Benton CC replaced Eddie with runners on first and second and two out and struck out Falcons' first baseman Eric Johnson of UC Davis to end the fourth-inning.
Smith tossed 3 1/3 innings of scoreless ball to earn the win, his team-leading fifth victory. Trevor lowered his ERA to 2.08 and is now 5-0.
Junior reliever Drew Leary of San Diego State pitched a scoreless eighth and Liam Baron recorded his second save in as many nights as the southpaw from Linn-Benton CC induced a game-ending Jimenez to Josh Hogan to Dylan Jones doubleplay to earn his fourth save of the season.
The shutout was the Knights fourth of the summer.
Corvallis scored all its runs in the 6th-inning. Jimenez singled to right to get things started. Billy Clontz of Western Oregon followed with a single to right advancing Richie to third.
Then Jones delivered the game-winning hit with a groundball single to right that scored Jimenez.
Future Beavers' catcher Andrew Susac would plate the Knights' second run with a single to left. Designated hitter DJ Johnson, a junior-to be at Western Oregon, made it 3-0 with a RBI double, his second two-bagger of the game.
Johnson is 4-for-8 on the series with 3 doubles and 3 RBI.
With the victory, Corvallis takes the series, its seventh WCL series win, and improves to 24-4 overall and 18-4 in league.
The Knights go for the sweep Thursday night at Elks Stadium in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada.
